Meet the people who are essential to Angels' Share Glass

Co Founder
Tom Young MBE

Master Glassblower Tom has been glassblowing since he was a teenager. Tom worked in industrial and chemical glass laboratories until his creative side took over and he innovated decorative glass designs using a bench flame torch. His commissions include glass pieces for high profile figures and companies all over the world. Tom made the glass element of the Johnnie Walker Gold trophy and almost every spirit bowl in the Scotch Whisky Industry.

Now, 60+ years on, and a Master Glassblower Tom was awarded an MBE for for services to the glass industry in the Queens New Years Honours List 2017.

He still creates wonderful designs for Angel's Share Glass whilst fitting in a game of golf or two!
