Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are returned in their original condition, unused within 14 days of receipt of order. except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. If you notify us of your intention to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery (or prior to delivery) then the original delivery charge will be reimbursed in full - otherwise we do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods have been incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be in £ GBP - Sterling.
When returning products which you have received a discount or special offer on, the refund will be the price paid.
Where there is a refund for the return of damaged items or incorrectly supplied items, this payment will be via PayPal.
All our glassware is made by hand.
Glass products may contain small air bubbles or lines or fine scratches - these are not considered flaws and are a natural part of the glass making process.
Disclaimer: The Whisky filled angel contains whisky This whisky is not for consumption and the alcohol is completely sealed in a way that if this product was broken or damaged to release the whisky held inside it would be deemed contaminated and not safe for consumption.
Can I Change or Cancel my Order?
We will make every endeavour to cancel your order if has not already been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our standard returns procedure.
You cannot change the order electronically after you have completed the order process, however we are very friendly and can accommodate changes to your order by telephone as long as we have not already dispatched it.

How to Return or Exchange
- We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
- We will not reimburse the postal charges of returning an item unless that item is being refunded because has been sent to you in error.
- The goods must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
- You must return the item to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the order but do not return the goods to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods, from any refund you are owed.
