Dec 24 - Single Cask Nation - Bunnahabhain 1988 28yo
Nose: coastal/briny notes first appear at first sniff, quickly followed by some delicate hints of sandal wood, jasmin, lavender tea, lime & leather & callissons d'Aix (sorry if you don't know what I'm refering to... But hey, Google never disappoints ;) )
Palate: a full array of spices from white pepper to star anise, cardamom & citrus peel. Rather fresh as well with some aromas of After Eight chocolates and some sweet notes of candies. A real treat!
Finish: medium with smooth notes of orange marmalade
