Last night Director Karen had the pleasure of attending The Gin refresh Launch of Isle of Raasay Distillery's Gin bottling..
The launch was for the redesign of the stunning glass bottle, which hold's the fossils of local juniper, rocks and fauna from around the island.
Awarded Gold in the recent Spirits Business Global Gin Masters 2022.
The evening was held in the exciting St James' Quarter in Edinburgh the launch brought trade associates and industry faces together to celebrate what Alasdair Day and his team have achieved since opening the Distillery on the beautiful isle of Raasay off the coast of Skye.
Bonnie & Wild is the eatery section of the mall and has a huge mix of food opportunities from Scottish to Vegan Indian.
Greeted with a fabulous G&T followed by a delicious Gin Cocktail which had brambles , and almond flavours it was a welcome cool cocktail. It was developed by Bonnie & Wild bartenders and called The Raasay Bonnie Lassie.
If you love gin and want to feel like you are tasting Raasay then certainly give this beautiful bottle a try.
With some "well kent" faces there like TV Chef Tony Singh, who also has a new eatery there called Radge Chaat. also invited on trade representatives were able to take away the stunning bottles to try on their own customers. It was a fun and vibrant evening despite the heat, the cocktails kept us all cool.
Huge kudos to Alasdair , William and the entire team who have ,. since Angels' Share's last visit in April, re- designed and extended the Distillery buildings to host a bar and shop and visitor area within the Distillery. We cannot wait to re- visit and see the transformations.

Isle of Raasay Distillery also has accommodation where you can stay whilst visiting the island and the distillery .
