With the clocks going back and nights drawing in, winter is truly upon us. It may be getting colder outside, but all of us here at Angels’ Share know that there’s no better way than to stave off the chilly Scottish weather than with a warming dram of whisky. This December join us for an evening of great whisky as we introduce you to some delicious drams ahead of the festive season.
Hosted in association with our friends at Kask Whisky, this exclusive tasting session will take place in the cosy surroundings of The Curly Coo Bar, Stirling’s only dedicated whisky lounge. On the night there will be four fantastic malts to sample, so you’ll be sure to find the perfect drop, be it as a Christmas gift for a loved one, or an early present for yourself.
Alongside these carefully selected, exceptional whiskies, all those in attendance will also be treated to a delectable cheeseboard, featuring a variety of hand-selected cheeses to perfectly accompany each dram. A truly ideal partnership to melt away the chills of a frosty December evening.
In addition to the culinary delights on offer, Angels’ Share Glass will be featuring a pop-up store to allow guests the opportunity to purchase some truly unique gifts from our handblown glassware range, including Festive Whisky Baubles, award-winning Whisky Water Droppers and our world-famous Whisky Angels. Ideal for those looking to pick up something special for a friend or loved one this festive season.
The evening will also play a part in supporting our charity partner, The Forth Valley Diabetes Support Group. There will be several exciting items to be won by means of a charity raffle, with all proceeds going directly to FVDSG.
Taking place on Thursday 5th December, tickets are extremely limited and priced at £15 per person. The evening will commence at 7pm, for a 7:30pm start, with the tasting segment of the night concluding at approximately 9:30pm. Upon completion of the tasting, guests are invited to relax in the warming surroundings of The Curly Coo and continue to enjoy their selection of over 130 malts from around the world.
