Nose: leathery, nutty & a bit dusty. This nose feels a bit like walking into your local antique shop with some aromas of old books & wood polish. Also some dried fruits, candied oranges, brown sugar & toffee
Palate: Sweet & warm with roasted nuts, almonds, dates, figs & sweet spices.
Finish: medium with some aromas of coffee & caramel
Food Pairing: Pumpkin pie
