We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual to assist our master Glassblower Tom Young MBE & Bee our full time Glassblower. This is an exciting opportunity.

The role will consist of on the job training and development in Lamp working to allow the candidate to help produce our world-famous designs. The role will also require glass decoration, preparation and equipment management.
Essential skills;
Familiarity with bench glassblowing equipment and lampworking is essential
Creative flair
Patience and adaptability to unique skills
Dexterity and an eye for detail
Flexible working hours
Good organisational skills
Desirable skills:
Flame work or bead making experience OR
Experience with scientific or laboratory glass-making
This post is based on flexible working hours dependent on experience at our Glassblowing studio in Bridge of Allan.
Rate of Pay is also dependent on experience . We are committed to paying a living wage.
